OT: Well today I got a relatively worthless NVQ in business planning. So that was neat.

Still no job though. But Disgaea 4 will be here soon to fill my jobless world with ITEM WORLD : D

I probably spent more time just driving around in the Deuce than actually following the plot.

Now, bear in mind that I say this from the perspective of a person so technologically illiterate I still think of my PC as a magical box that makes porn appear, but might it be something to do with different browsers? Like, one method will work in Internet Explorer but not Opera, or whatever?
Funny, mine makes magical pastel ponies appear. Let us pray that our PC's never mate with eachother, lest our minds be subject to horrors unimaginable by even the likes of Lovecraft. XD

And yeah, I ENJOYED DMC.
So did I! It's one of my favorite games this gen.

Old Dante/Devil May Cry fans be jelly.

OT: I love Persona 4. Have I even mentioned that before? I probably have, but whatever. It's perfect and I think everyone with a PS2 or Vita should play it.

Persona 4 is so good, it can cure cancer.

I think.

I have realized that if anyone has a problem with my interests, it's their problem, not mine. Therefore, why should I feel the need to hide my interests? Seriously, great feeling to say "You know what? I'm a brony. Deal with it."

Also, I will be able to buy Injustice: Gods Among Us on release date, and buy it new, supporting a developer I have great respect for.

Well, I've been playing Populous: The Beginning this past weekend and I must say I'm overfilled with joy with that game, I already had it and I played in my old Pentium 1 laptop, I never finished it, but I remember it was awesome.

Fast forward a few years later and I lost my disk, so it's pretty awesome to have it in digital form (GOG [http://www.gog.com/gamecard/populous_the_beginning]) and it's pretty awesome to play that game with hardware acceleration.

I can't belive how detailed and funny the game is, despite it's age ('98), heck, it still fills me with joy to kill my enemy's followers and unleash nature's elements upon them.

I also remember that demo of Dungeon Keeper 2 and I remember being curious about that game, I've heard nothing but praise about that game, I think I know what I'll be buying and playing this next weekend...

Well, today is my birthday. Next week I get to go see my favorite band live with a fan VIP pass. And also, Heart of the Swarm coming up. I've just unlocked all the paralogues in Fire Emblem, so I don't have to deal with anymore of the relationships. I'm about to meet up with my girl friend and tomorrow I get to miss my two least favorite classes. It's a good day.

Finally beat Mass Effect 1, and I actually enjoyed it this time!

My first video animation is coming along swimmingly.

And AC4 has pirates. Gives me hope.

I'm a 27 year old single dude.

I live on my own. I have a nice job. I'm looking at buying a place of my own (home ownership bitches!). I have the disposable income to feed my addicting video game habit (not as much as I'd like but enough to get me through without getting the shakes). I'm right now watching Season 2 of "Game Of Thrones" and am just as happy with it so far as I was with Season 1. I've lost 50 pounds since I graduated from college.

Basically, once I can convince a lady to show me her boobies on a regular basis, my life will be perfect (and PsychicTaco115 already agreed to be my wing-man so it won't take long). Everyone be jealous of Tippy2K2!
I'm in the same boat, life's good! :)

Gaming wise, I updated Freespace 2 SCP yesterday and was gob smacked by how much its improved since the last time I played, especially graphically. Seriously anyone that hasn't played it grab FS2 from gog and ask me how to set it up. Esp if you love space 'sims' .

This is surprisingly fun for what it is... World of Space Tanks... give it a go... it's on Steam and freeeeeeeeee!

(free as in it wants to sell you crap once your playing).

Saw this the other day... made me laugh... think I will just leave it here...

I'm going to be buying my own copy of PlayStation All Stars Battle Royale, and I will be dedicating most of my gaming time to that game. I think I even like it more than Super Smash Bros. Brawl, which is saying a lot, since Brawl is one of my all time favorite games.

I'm so excited, I could just dance!

I never have, your move.
Neither has my brother. And I have to hear about it every time he comes over.

All I can recommend at this point is listen to Two Steps From Hell. You haven't heard epic music until you listen to them.

Over the last 8 months, I've had a really fun time:

  • In September, my ex-girlfriend broke up with me 2 weeks before our 9th anniversary, and blamed me for it... she'd cheated on me with a mutual acquaintance for 4 years.

My van blew a rod in the middle of traffic, and I had to scramble for a replacement, at a cost of $4,000.
The girl I fell into a relationship with threw me out on December 30th 2012, after we'd had numerous discussions about "making decisions as a couple", and I'd spent about $4,000 making sure all our bills were paid off, so we could start the new year on a strong financial footing.
Over the course of the relationship, I probably spent about $8,000 on things like "our bills", vet bills, groceries, and the like.
This ex was also out on the town with a new guy within a week of not only kicking me out, but of asking me to pay her mortgage, so her and her 2 younger children wouldn't end up homeless.
Her son and niece also LOST MY CAT while I was working out of town and had trusted them to house-sit for me; someone also stole my GPS from my house during that period.
For the last 2 months, my ex has been blogging about what a douche I am, and telling people the same, and all of the mutual friends keep telling me to "be the bigger person", so I don't hand her ammunition; while she runs loose, giving her side of the tale, in which she's utterly blame-free.

I was struck in the head with an axe at work about a month ago, and was back to work, the next day.
I backed my van into the corner of a 53' trailer on Friday morning, and broke the rear window.
My van desperately needs a tune-up.
In the last 2 months, I've been unable to get a full 80-hour paycheck, due to a combination of weather and a general slow-down at work.
I got fired this morning, because of an altercation at work that occurred because an abrasive co-worker decided to be a dick on Friday, right after I broke the rear window of my van.
I has about $4,000 of room on my line of credit before I'm heading into bankruptcy.
I can barely afford to pay for gas, let alone food.

Yeah. Oh, and no one appears to be willing to find something truly funny to cheer me up that doesn't involve ponies or anime.

Hmm, I'm happy about a new job I got. I didn't really hate my previous jobs, but when you are offered almost a six-figure salary in software development, it's time to move on.
Tried natural selection 2 the other day. I thought it was pretty good, but I would have preferred playing it with people i knew to some extent (kinda how I feel about DayZ).
I also got my raspberry pi working, so that was delicio... i mean a pretty good occasion.
I think that's my limit, so back to my lurker ways.

I survived a crazy pvp match in dark souls the other day. I barely had time to pull my counter-pvp weapon out, no shield, no ring, crap gear, medium roll, but I won after constant dodging and pokes for several minutes. Was awesome :)
