Definitely Prototype. Graphics arn't special, game-play is competent but nothing amazing, and the story is forgettable, but you can body slam a helicopter into a tank, eat everyone inside, and then jam spikes through everyone on the block while buildings explode around you. Everything about this games sacrifices everything it can in favor of sheer, unbridled catharsis.

Jokes Aside, I would have to say Assassins Creed 2. Being a fat guy who can't run 20 yards without collapsing, Free Running on Rooftops at breakneck speeds only to jump off of a 3 story building ONTO a bad guy feels pretty damn redeeming...
