Well I'm glad to see that no one mentioned this one. In Half-Life (1), I usually am a "bad" Mr. Freeman and kill everyone friendly I run into, this of course after they help me get into places I can't alone. So when I play HL2 sad they don't let you the player decides to kill civ's. I always loved it in HL1 because the scientist would always spaz and run screaming when they knew you are up to no good.
You can do that in Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction, except you also have the option of just letting your hostage go. So much fun to run up a really tall building, set down whoever I'm carrying, and watching them run off the edge of a building to get away from me.GreyFox389 said:

However, my MOST sadistic moment in gaming might just be one of my many killing sprees in Fable 2, either the one where I killed everyone by shooting them in the groin, or the one where I killed everyone with fireballs and lightning bolts.
Using the Soldier of Fortune 2: Double Helix 'flesh-mapping' to its full extent a la knife torture. That's about as gross and sadistic as it gets and I'm pretty if it werent such an old game and came out around now, it would warrant some kind of intervention via parents/doctors if someone walked in and saw what I was doing.

My sadistic moment was more on a social level with world of warcraft when i first played a deathknight they were very op and in the outland i pissed off a lot of people by being a level 58 and camping multiple level 60s. I am not proud 
I have 3 Fallout 3 characters - a good one, neutral one, and evil one. As the evil one, I've sometimes achieved such levels of villainy that I freak myself out and have to stop playing - things like torturing wasteland captives to death, chasing terrified people through the capital wasteland, watching people sleep only to kill and eat them as soon as they wake up.
I found wanton violence in Fallout 3 to be a hell of a lot more disturbing than in any bad games; collecting human torsos in Postal 2 didn't bother me because the people in that game are so wooden and samey.

Hunting players down when they are half way through the dungeon and stabbing them in the back while they are being eaten by some mob.
Oh and then I message them with "ALL YOUR SOULS ARE BELONG TO ME!"
Okey, so I was playing Morrowind & I went into god mode & I wanted to see how many days it would take me to kill every NPC in the game.
Why, thank you for refreshing my memory. I tested the mini-nuke launcher there. I also abused my Power Fist and other weapons on that annoying-as-hell preacher. For half an hour...Corwynt said:

Oh wow, i did something similar once before. Usually though i throw my sims into the swimming pool with no way out and leave them (pity i think either the Sims 2 or 3 dont drown...might be both, i cant remember). I love watching them stuggle and get upset and angry.Mr. Squee said:

I was being repeatedly killed by the same camping sniper in a COD2 game, so i ran up behind him and raped him with my shot gun. I then went on to waste all of my shotgun ammo by shotting his corpse scream HAHAHAHA down the mic. I did have a bit to much to drink that night.

I can't remember what it was in fallout (3) but I got pissed for whatever reason and just began killing EVERYTHING in that ship city (I forget the name), sure its something I'd do normally for fun, but that was the first time I did it out of anger. =]
