Some things I watch:
SomecallmeJohnny [http://www.youtube.com/user/SomecallmeJohnny?feature=watch] down to earth reviews and retrospectives of games
SupergamingBros [http://www.youtube.com/user/SGBLikesToPlay/featured] Johnny's LP channel featuring his brother and friend
BrainscratchComms [http://www.youtube.com/user/BrainScratchComms/featured] another LP channel Johnny is apart of
Hard4games [http://www.youtube.com/user/hard4games?feature=watch] 3-4 guys sit on a couch, review obscure retro games and drink (usually Russian beer). Sometimes "informative" skits are added to the reviews."Lotta dust back there."
JonTron [http://www.youtube.com/user/JonTronShow] It's Jontron from GameGrumps, what more could you ask for? Stairfax Temperatures 2?
ReviewTechUSA [http://www.youtube.com/user/ReviewTechUSA?feature=watch] self-proclaimed fat middle-aged, bald guy gives out news on video games and technology and his (sometimes hilariously vulgar, wear headphones if necessary) opinions on the current subject
What other have already mentioned, but I must stress more:
Ashens [http://www.youtube.com/user/ashens] British gentleman reviews everything(old video games, old toys, cheap knock off video games, cheap knock off tech gadgets, the rare official piece of tech, whatever he finds at Pound Land(British Dollar Store equivellant) and (nasty) foreign foods sent to him by fans) on his brown sofa. His background in Psychology adds an extra layer to his sarcasm and wit
Spoony, [https://www.youtube.com/user/SpoonyOne] definitely Spoony Any video with Final Fantasy or Ultima in the title must be watched, several times. And his current movie reviews(which sometimes get to be as long as the movies!) will warn you if your next movie night will be a waste of time and money
Cinema Sins [http://www.youtube.com/user/CinemaSins] This post does not contain a lap dance. *ding, counter goes up*
slowbeef [http://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6e3i1iHXMoSzYF68x8sg4w] and Diabetus [http://www.youtube.com/user/DiabetusRP], Just watch their Metroid Prime 1, 2 and 3 LPs. Ridley's voice alone sells it:
