I love Dilandau3000's Let's Plays. He does mostly old Sierra adventure games, and some other big adventure games like The Longest Journey, Dreamfall, and most of the Myst series. I'd definitely recommend watching his videos if you've had any interest in these games but never quite enough to actually play them, or if you've already played them and want to learn more about them.

He's extremely informed and explains everything as he goes. Some people might find him a bit too...clinical, but I enjoy his style. And the occasional moments of personality that slip through are very charming.
