My only other suggestion is that youtube might throttle your speed at a very high download speed.

It's actually worked for me twice! I managed to load a video in 1080p with no problem, after that it was as if youtube was like "okay, thats enough for you now, let somebody else have some now-- YOU SELFISH PIG". It reminded me of when I was in elementary school and drinking from the drinking fountain and a kid would be behind me saying "1-2-3 That's enough for me" till I'd finish -.-... ugh..The Rogue Wolf said:The funny thing is, you can oftentimes get around this by loading an HD resolution. OP: YouTube unfortunately does a horrible job of load-balancing on their servers, and it's not uncommon to get stuck with one that's being overwhelmed. Sometimes you just have to put up with it for a while until the problem gets resolved.
