Snake Style Kung Fu/Staff
Real Power Rangers don't need powers (beyond those granted by lycra power armour anyway)
A snake based zord that forms the arm of the Megazord (I'm happier being the clever one over the leader)
Also (I might have thought too much about this) a team based upon animal kung fu styles would be quite cool e.g tiger/red, mantis/yellow, snake/green, crane/blue, leopard/pink (because why not?) and dragon/black for the special ranger introduced part way into the series.

Special abilities -> The ability to break the laws of PG ratings.
Robot -> A western Dragon (two pair of paws, one pair of wings), can change in its own zord, but can also combine with the other to create a supercalifragilisticexpialidociously awesome zord.
