Okay fine (this one isn't worth doing fancy formats for though). Zac Efron has signed on to Headline Pictures to star in a yet to be titled thriller movie. The release is unknown (as expected, the title hasn't been finalised yet). Do you think he's capable of branching out successfully into non-musical movies, is this something you would like to see? Or will he wither and die? (in an acting sense of course) Thoughts?

If he won't suck at acting in it, then I'm sure it will be a good movie. He doesn't look weird and if he has acting talent then I don't see why he shouldn't play serious roles.

As for Zac Effron, all I can say is I hope he dies during the production of the movie. It would be like Heath Ledger, except nobody would care.

Being that I haven't seen him act, I don't know if he's any good or not. Him being in High School Musical is a bit worrying, but many respectable budding actors started off doing rather silly movies.

But of course, I don't know if he is a respectable actor.

Just because I'm not of fan of that insipid High School Musical doesn't mean I have to loathe every actor attached to it.
