I'm a bit of a Zelda fan, and having had all my consoles spontaniously disappear in the last month or so, I started trawling the internet for a Zelda game on the pc.
Couldn't find one (If anyone knows of one, I'd be grateful of the name).
My question is, If Nintendo insist on re-releasing old names (like they just did with Ocarina Of Time) why can't they release it on better platforms for the ones of us who want the old games on our newer/more advanced systems (my opinion is that handhelds and the wii are designed generally for people under the age of... well, puberty I guess...)
I want to know if I'm the only one who'd like to see Nintendo do something like this.
*EDIT*
Okay, emulation it is then. (And for whoever it was, I'm too lazy to quote, I never meant in 3d, I meant the exact same game as we played on the older systems with relevant graphics updates (probably would only be more applicable to games on the n64 and up where you weren't limited to simple u/d/l/r movement))
And I know that it would give people no reason to buy Nintendo consoles, but at the same time, let's face it, most of them actually aren't very good anyway, I think it'd be good to see Nintendo focus on making good games rather than a new half-decent console every 18 months or so.
