Zero Punctuation: April Fools

On it's own it does no good as a joke. I'm assuming this entire segment was shoved into the episode of Game Dogs on Thursday, which would have been funny to see Yahtzee appear out of nowhere in that crappy series. However, since nobody even watches Game Dogs, they decided to put this clip back where it belongs, on the most popular page of the site.

A better April fools might have been a positive review of an obviously bad game, like a movie tie in. However doubt Yahtzee was willing to go that low for a bad joke.

I think he did something like this last year, didn't he, when he did a sparkling review of Duke Nukem Forever? Still one of my personal favorites. lol

Hah, ya'll are so thick. Joke has been stated repeatedly. He's actually punctuating. If he did what everyone EXPECTED for an april fools joke (ie give a terrible game a good review) it wouldn't really be a surprise now would it? I for one say, nice job yahtzee.

Putting it in game dogs would be like an in joke since...wait a sec theres a series called game dogs?!?!

Problem with game dogs is its doing "that" humour path. Like VG Cats only animated.

Except VGcats is actually funny. "Gamer Dogs" just looks like a rip off of a comedic video game cartoon for fur fags.

He was talking in a slow paced voice with no swearing. It sounded like a villain from Harry Potter for some reason, but yeah. It would've been a bit funnier, I'm sure, if you were watching game dogs and that just kinda jumped out there. But I don't watch Gamedogs, so I didn't even know about it. I'm glad they put it out where we all can see it, that's great

The video was hidden in the middle of an episode of Game Dogs...so the amount of users who may have seen it is somewhat hindered already.

Secondly, the video could be seen as a stark contrast to everything he's ever done.

But most importantly,

He wants to see what we all make of it, and already this topic is seven pages long and full of thoughts and opinions on what the joke is. That is the true joke, perhaps?

A lot of people didn't find this Clip hidden in some of the other Escapist Videos, which kinda means there are some who don't watch the other vids.

I watched this placed in the middle of Game Dogs, which was hysterical given the timing where he just cuts the episode and reads some annoying novel.

So I read about three pages to see if anyone would say this, but my god, American sense of humour fail. Good English comedy is a little more subtle, but that was still kinda obvious
