It has a very realistic portrayal, I think... You spend dozens upon dozens of hours trying to acquire fucktons of material that is, not only found very deep underground, but also very rare (not to mention useless), to build a giant cock.
I like that somehow. It should stay as it is because I think it's quite unique to Minecraft. You have this useless thing you're supposed to bust your ass to get, with which you get nothing, yet everyone strives to stockpile it and do shit with it.

Now I hate xenophobia as much as the next guy, but I just think some of these things should be taken with a grain of salt. I know America isn't full of arrogant prats, hell some of my good friends are American, and I think most rational people are probably aware of that. I just think things like Yahtzee says are intended as being humorous without malicious intent. For example, i get annoyed when someone puts down New Zealand with malice aforethought, but I just laugh it off when we're jokingly referred to as hobbits or sheep shaggers. It's just lighthearted jabs. All I'm asking of those willing to listen is please do not be too offended by quips and gags which are intended harmlessly. Yep, those creepers are a curse sent from the bowels of hell to be sure. Just wait untill you're digging for the near impossible diamond and searching great caverns the size of switzerland just to find said shiny minerals.. only so you can make a pickaxe.. to mine the hard to make and not die Obsidian.. only to open a gate to hell itself you have to make precisely.. and then step through to die from giant flying ghosts that cause you to combust when they greet you.

Been playing since the alpha and finally, finally got my hands on some of the rarer resources (I freakin strip mined a couple worlds to the frakking bedrock till might Notch had pity on me).
So now I'm taking the reasonable route and making and obsidian portal to the nether..... in the shape of a stargate.
.....it's just how my mind works.
Also I would like to jump on the "the america jokes are getting old" I've been able to laugh at a fair few of them, but at some point it just hits "oh... good another one". Like a crappy top 10 list from letterman or some such. Like any other joke, it's best when it's well timed. The COD:BLOPs bit about the US having a war hard on? Repeating it every week kills that timing and just makes it tired and lame.
