STRANGLED NOISES!

Anyway, this was a funny episode. I like Yahtzee even though I heard he completely ignored a friend of my brothers who I don't know very well in Brisbane, but after watching this it completely makes sense why he did so. He thinks poorly of humanity in general, so why would he have to put up with my brother's Queenslander mate waving at him if he's a celebrity who wants to be left alone.

NOTE: Yahtzee is based in Brisbane, but if you see him in public LEAVE HIM ALONE! Yahtzee is a person too, how would you feel if people followed you everywhere...

I'd feel like a special beloved star and would enjoy every moment of it.

I have to say there was a lot of good material in there. I've been watching Zero Punctuation for a while and decided to finally sign up on this one. My favorite was probably the bit in small text at the end: "I guess we know who'll be first in line when they invent robot hookers". That was great!

I love how the ending gargling synced up nicely with the typical end credits music.

Also, he couldn't find anything to mock about Bayonetta or the new Silent Hill. That's a good sign.

I honestly do hope Nintendo crashes and burns forever when the gimmicky Wii bullshit stops being cool, and everyone stops caring.
I wouldn't count on that happening. I remember thinking that this Nintendo Entertainment System thing was just a passing fad and would never hold up against computer gaming, back when I was much younger. We can all see how well that turned out.

I think the general message here is to not get too worked up about upcoming games. Some we won't likely see for ages (I'm looking at you Metal Gear Solid Rising), and some will doubtlessly be crap because they're the products of crappy game mills (Yes Nintendo that one was directed at you). Now if you happen to find a game you like be sure to enjoy it, just don't hitch your wagon to a game that isn't even out yet and whose trailer consists almost entirely of cut scenes... after all... we are all shit together.
