OOC: Sorry, real life conflicted with my zombie smiting ways.
Laura had twisted her ankle while running back into the mall, and had resigned to listen to her iPod and tend to the few plants she had growing in the safe area. She was disappointed that there had been too many infected around to search the helicopter for medical supplies, but she didn't want to complain. She barely heard some shots over her music and took the the earbuds out. She rushed over to the door as Killion let in the boys.
"Oh thank god, you got more ammo. And a survivor! Come in, come in!" she exclaimed. Once they were all inside she started securing the door again. "Maybe one of you gentlemen can teach me how to fire a pistol."

Gremlin picked up his axe and pistol, then put them away. "I thank you for the timely intervention there Killian." he said "I did not much desire to be an undead snack." He turned to rob, and patted him on the shoulder. "You fought with great strength my friend. Remember the power you held, yes? The power to protect yourself and others? 'Tis a great gift, Gremlin thinks." he smiled and walked off in search of a stiff drink.

Dropping his bag of ammo to the floor, Dan let out a sigh of relief. He was finally safe! All they had to do now was wait for the military to come and evacuate them.
Dan stole a quick look around at the safe area. It wasn't much, but it beat the hell out of his store. He sat down on a nearby chair, exhausted, and wondered what they would do next.

Once inside, Rob managed to calm down slightly. And a moment later, vomited all over the floor, dropping his pistol and pipe as he wretched. A minute later, he stood up, and wiped his mouth, before muttering a quiet 'Sorry,' before taking back his pipe and pistol and going to find a source of liquid to wash his mouth out.
With that done, he went to find Gremlin, for his words of help and the fact he had managed to galvanise him into action, something he had seriously needed.

Al finally made his way to where everyone else was standing. "Sorry," he apologized, "but I really needed to take a nap. The fatigue was starting to affect my aim." He looked at the technicolor yawn Rob had performed and shook his head.

"Sure," said Laura. She took the weapon in her hands, examining it. She made sure the safety was on and held it in her hand by her side.
"A rifle you say? I won't look as cool as Dirty Harry, but if you can show me how to shoot it I'll be grateful."
