Rain dropped the cigarettes from his mouth. His head spun a bit. He held his head to try and stead himslef.

He regained his footing and looked around him.

"I... I killed him? I've never done that before. I never killed a living man. Why would I do that!?"

His thoughts spun in his head. He remembered pushing down on Al's windpipe. He remembered taking his life. Rain knelt down and vomited.

OOC: Christ, Al, Stompy and Johnny all at once. You're starting to like killing to much I think Galt...

I'd have had some last words, only I wasn't in much of a state to complain after my death, really.

Rain pounded the ground with his fist breaking a small bone inside. Tears ran down his face but he did his best to hold it back.

"He was a kid..."

He got up and turned to Laura pointing at her.

"It was you all along! You laced the cigarettes! That's why you didn't get drugged! You blew the car! You killed everybody! You have the skills to do these things! You were the one suggesting where we should and shouldn't go! I blame you for everything that's happened!"

Rain was in a fit now, everything started to get clearer in his mind.

"No one would think that you would pull off such a thing because you would hide behind your feminine charms!"

Rain grabbed the bloodied knife off the ground.

"Not anymore! I'll kill you!"

Being as this is almost over with nearly everyone dead or about to die.

What should the next Rp be?
a Warhammer Fantasy would be good or a Jurassic Park theme ?
I recon people would like the first sugestion better and tags being the Vamp.

Shaz was kneeling beside stompy's corpse. Rain had left stompy but Shaz had stayed. He wasn't sure why. He hadn't known stompy that well; he hadn't known anyone that well. But he remembered giving stompy his knife. Why, he still couldn't say- there had been no good reason. Shaz didn't usually throw away good survival tools.
He rummaged through stompy's clothes and dragged the knife out. It was still clean and silver. Shaz hesitated; he'd heard stompy's last words. Was this knife the only bang Shaz could leave stompy: a symbol that stompy had burned to survive? Or was it just sharp metal on a dead man, as useful now as his boots?
Shaz pondered.

OOC again: Sorry for the bad melodrama but it seemed the right time. Anywho, I'm asking you, stompy, to decide what I'll do with the knife: leave or take. I'm losing feeling and, consequently, interest for who Shaz is and I'd like some direction. Plus you're dead now and have nothing to do. Just be aware that this time a knife is not just a knife.

Laura jumped up from her seat and walked heavily until she was within a decimetre of Rain's face. "Put down the knife, Rain, don't do something you'll regret." She wiped some tears from her eyes and said, "I'm not a murderer, Rain. Have you ever seen me use a knife, or shoot anybody, or do anything as complicated as rewire a bomb? I never suggested anything about where we go, either. I didn't say anything about the military base or Vegas. All I did was get us away from a big black smoking beacon by choosing not to get lost in the desert. And I don't know anything about lacing cigarettes, you know that. And how could I have done that to Al anyway? He was so... important to me. Someone who'd protect me..." She touched the scar on her cheek thoughtfully, and after the pause her eyes flashed back up at him. "Maybe Al wasn't manipulating me. He handed me the cigarette, maybe he laced them, and made me lose consciousness to protect me. Protect me from himself." She sighed and put her palm to her forehead, running her fingers through her hair. "There's just the four of us left, we've got to stick together. And for god's sake put that knife down, Rain."

Killion stood, shell shocked.

He hadn't froze up when he still had the adrenaline coursing through his body, but now, all that had happened was finally registering, and Killion's mind could no longer deal with it. Slowly, he began to sob, and they grew more and more violent till he was curled up on the floor, mixing his tears with his friends' blood. After everything, Killion had endured, hardened himself, waited for that time where he could finally leave his problems behind, not losing anyone else. He'd always said that he'd ran away from home... But that wasn't REALLY true.

All his life, he'd had terrible luck. His friends, his girlfriend, even his brother and cousins, had all died. People didn't know if it was a curse, or if he was somehow killing them... The people around Killion, died. After his brother, the only person who never doubted Killion, Braden, died, Killion's parents only looked at him with hate, and were glad the day he left. For weeks, Killion wandered the streets aimlessly, until he met Hank, who took him in and let him work at the movie theatre. But then Hank died, and Siggaurd, and Maeror, and everyone else outside our weary band of survivors.

There is no end... Until death I'm stuck here, why does everyone die and leave me? If only I could bring myself to believe in god, that I might be with them again, and away from all those ever doubting eyes... I just want it to be over.

OOC- just trying something with my character, if it's too weird, ill edit it a bit. Wouldn't be hard

Rain's hand tensed around the knife. He began to stare into Laura's weaping eyes. The knife dropped from his hand. He regreted even holding a knife against someone. He had never done anything like this, use or make a threat of violence. He hated what he just did and it made him sick.

Laura was surprised by being pushed, but fell to the ground with cat-like reflexes. She wiped some more tears from her eyes and stood up carefully. She kicked the knife farther away and went over to Rain, wrapping her arms around him. "It's okay, Rain," she whispered, mostly into his neck. "We all need to calm down. It'll be okay." A hot tear worked it's way down her cheek and neck, and made a little spot on the fabric over his shoulder.

OOC: Ok, back into it- sorry stompy.

Shaz's hand hovered in the air, the object of his eyes' attention. He seemed in a haze, until he suddenly jerked awake.
Shaz placed the knife on stompy's silent body with great effort. "I guess I'll find another one," was all he could say. Shaz stood and walked toward the others; their movement dragged him to them and away from stompy's still body.

Rain grabs Laura's shoulder, not in a violent way, but in a nurturing way.

"I can't take this. The dead are killing us, other people are killing us and someone who we trust is trying to kill us. I feel like I have no one to trust, not even myself anymore. Why is this happening? Why can't I have just continued my life as an Emergency medic? Now it seems I have to kill... I will have to kill to survive. You can do it, everyone else seems capable of doing it, but... but I can't."

Laura spoke slowly, with pauses between many words to take an extra breath, "It's not so hard when it's a shambling zombie far away and I can pretend I'm just shooting my arrow at a target, but that hegemon guy... that really got to me. I knew I had to do it to save us all, in self-defense, but I still feel haunted by it. I don't think taking a life ever gets easier, but it seems in a world of infected and dangerous people, it becomes more and more necessary." She smiled earnestly, and blinked another tear from her blue eyes. She seemed unable to let go of him, like he was the anchor keeping her from drifting away into a stormy sea. "I'm so afraid," she whispered.

So, I'd say you've only got until galt gets back before you all get curb stomped by the zombie masses, Less lovey dovey feelings and more crowbar to the face action.

OOC: Well, I have no idea what the hell is going on and what our goal is in the greater sense so I'm just going with the flow. Let's have a go.
