She chuckled a little before looking at the screen.
"Well before you grab your torches and get together some gasoline..." Christie started raising an eyebrow at Adries before turning and explaining herself to Jacobs.
"Before I was bleeding by the side of the road and I joined with this faction, I was a part of a special operation. Part of my job, among other things, involved overseeing the 'sterilization movement', finding buildings that could be cleared out and blocked off in case we managed to find survivors and where we could set up bases in case of emergency. You've been to one before Alan. This is located...roughly 5 hours away, South East, near a small town. The notation I have alongside this marker tells me that it was deemed safe and sealed, not to mention no one has set anything up there."

"Oh well, that's great!" Jacobs said excitedly, getting looks of disbelief from the Bixler siblings.
"Convenient," Alan muttered, turning to Christie, "It's been awhile since you were with them though, right? What makes you think no one else has gone and taken it over? What about zombies? What if there is one of those special infected? I say no."
"And I agree," Adries added, crossing her arms.
"Relax guys. Can't we all get along?" Jacobs asked.
"No," he got as a reply.

"Don't expect any thing more than that Jacobs, this is as a civil as things are going to get. Anyway, I may not be with them anymore but i still receive updates on this thing. This place is unmarked on most maps and the area is near enough deserted. They have a few groups that specialize in making sure that these bases are still safe, armored vehicles that inspect on the condition and take out anything that's deemed a threat. I can deal with them fine though." Christie lied about the groups, anyone left from the St. Justine's incident was shipped out a few days before, but decided that was better than going into further detail about the deal with Jack seeing that Lisa hadn't said anything yet.

"Do you really think this could be considered as a plan? Taking over a government owned building that might be dangerous?"Lisa muttered, finishing her meal.

"I agree with Lisa, it's just not a good idea," Alan said, taking Lisa's plate and putting it with the others, "I vote no on this one."
"Likewise," Adries said. She liked the idea of a safe place, but it coming from Christie made her doubt it was truly safe.

"Alright everyone. We'll take a vote on it in a bit, once the Captain gets here," Jacobs said, trying to keep everyone calm.

"Thank you." She said to Alan before continuing, "I think we all should logically know the answer here. But a vote seems fair i suppose."

"That's fine with me. I was just trying to clear the air, considering that things went as they usually do last night. That was just a suggestion...oh damn, MRE's. I haven't had one of those in months." Christie said with some fond surprise, changing the subject and looking in the box.

"Oh yeah, the MRE's. Those will be our breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the next...well however long," Jacobs said, handing the box to Christie.

Alan went and sat next to Lisa. He whispered, "I don't think anyone other than the two soldiers want your sister here. And we certainly cannot trust her with a 'safe' place."

"Mmm. Some good choices in here. I wonder if-Yes!" She smirked, searching through the box and finding a small bar with the word 'HOOAH!' printed on it, "I haven't had one of these in years. Ah, those days as a sergeant."

"They'd vote out of loyalty i suppose. How can Jacobs be pleased to see her? I'm not going to put any trust into her idea even if she's leading us somewhere that's actually safe. I don't get her angle though. Is she really that hung up that she'd track us all down just to make things worse? Actually I wouldn't put it against her." Lisa whispered in reply, watching her for a few moments before turning back.

"Nor would I. I think he's pleased to see her because he hasn't been around her enough. Give that time," Alan replied, "I say we get rid of her as soon as possible. She's only brought problems for us, and I certainly think she'll continue to do that."

"Yep. There are quite a few of them," Jacobs said, "More than we probably need actually. Oh well."

((Posts might take a bit longer, silly games.))

"I agree. She's too much of a risk to all of us who aren't in the military. Not to mention, I'm kind of...scared about what she might actually do this time around. She's either come here for the reason she said, which I highly doubt or she's got some kind of insane motive now. I'm just worried." Lisa whispered.

"I'm not really one for sweets but I don't think i've ever turned down a Hooah bar since I joined." Christie said unwrapping it and taking a bite.

"I think she might even be a risk to them," Alan told her, "She's here for a reason, not sure what it is though. Whatever it is, it's bad. I'm glad that you'll be voting to get rid of her, right?"

"I like them. They don't beat a normal candy bar, but they certainly try their best," Jacobs replied with a smile, taking one out for himself.

Lisa gave a reassuring smile, "Of course. She's just become too much of a threat now and I don't think I can even stand to cope with her actions any more. Heh, I don't even need to ask if you're going to."

"Ah. I prefer these myself. Then again that might just be me. Apple-Cinnamon ones are the best." Christie added after swallowing a bite, she felt a twang of pain in her neck and moved her hand to it, considering sitting down.

"Alright, good. Let's see tallying the votes now, even if the two soldiers vote for her, we'd vote her off the island," Alan said, nodding his head and smiling at the chance to get rid of her.

"I dunno. I just really like candy bars, especially a plain Hershey's bar. Though I do like the ones with peanuts. Actually I like the ones with almonds more, but those are always a bit harder to find. You okay?" Jacobs asked.

"What about the other guy? The one we're waiting for? Would he vote for her?" Lisa asked thinking over the votes in her head, resting her arms on her knees.

"Hm. I slept on it weird, that's all. Plus i think there's a bruise there. Nothing big. Had a lot worse, I can tell you that." Christie explained, crumpling the wrapper in her hand while the other rubbed the back of her neck.

"Oh...shit," Alan said with a frown, "Completely forgot. Fuuuck. Well, perhaps we can convince one of them to vote with us. Shit, I can't believe I forgot about him. Well, that could be a problem now."

"Oh okay. That's good," Jacobs said, watching as Dewey exited the APC and joined them. Dewey held up his hand when Jacobs started to talk to him, muttering something about how it was too early for conversation with him.

"Don't worry. We'll work out some way. Convince him somehow that she shouldn't be here and that she doesn't have the right intentions. If he's leading this then hopefully he won't be as biased on this." Lisa responded with the same reassuring look.

"Good morning Corporal. I trust you slept well?" Christie chuckled slightly at the two.

"Yeah, you're right. Maybe we can vote on it before he gets here, that might work too," Alan said, trying to come up with a plan.

Dewey mumbled something under his breath while making his breakfast. Jacobs chuckled slightly, giving Dewey a pat on the back.

Albert walked out of the station, yawning a few times as he walked over. He took one look at the MRE's, cursed, then walked back inside.
"Maybe you were right Adries," Alan said, watching his uncle slam the door.

"Heh. Well I think he didn't have a flashback but you might be close enough. Maybe we should've gone to find those eggs after all." Lisa added lightly with a slight flinch at the slam.

"Ah. Enough said." Christie said simply with a smirk; watching the two of them, folding her arms while fidgeting slightly.

"What if they're infected eggs though?" Adries asked Lisa.
"Well then I'll know what I'm eating," Alan said with a laugh before turning to everyone, "I say we vote on a few things that needs to be discussed. I also say we should move into the station to vote since my uncle doesn't seem to want to come out."
Jacobs nodded as he stood up and started to walk inside. Dewey finished up his meal and followed.

Christie followed her arms still folded, looking quite blankly as she considered how she'd sway this vote if she needed to. She looked to her tracker momentarily to make sure the destination was still up.

"Good idea." Lisa muttered to him, as she walked through into station with Adries and Alan.

"Why thank you," Alan replied as he followed Lisa and his sister inside. He stood next to the door, as Jacobs started to explain what they'd be deciding on.

"Alright everyone. So we've had time to think this over. Do we want Christie to join the group. Those in favor, say 'aye'," he said, calling aye along with Dewey and Christie, "Er, those in favor of not having her join say 'nay'."
"Nay!" Adries, Alan, and Albert practically yelled out.
