Curtis watched as the three figures became alight, it didn't even seem to faze them. They kept clawing at the fire, but still stood. The Medic felt a sense of dread rush over him. What are these things he thought to himself.
Whoops, my fault for not explaining - we're using Romero rules.

- Shufflers, with some runners.
- They want BRAAAIINS!
- They feel no pain. Dismember or set them on fire, they will still keep coming.
- Only headshots will completely 'kill' them, shots to the limbs or body will only slow them down by virtue of foot-pounds.
- They cannot plan or rationalize, having only very basic animal instincts.

Hope that's everything, let me know if you still have questions.

Romero zombies don't feel pain and are pretty dumb, so they make no effort to put out flames on their body.

After a fashion, but it would still be able to attack you in the time it take for it to burn.
A flaming, screaming, painless zombie trying to savage your neck in close quarters? FIRE + ZOMBIE = BAD.

<spoiler=OOC>Let's eat him.

:3
Dominique saw as the creatures proceeded to walk, even after they were lit on fire. Merde!
She stood up, aimed the rifle towards the closest ones head, and squeezed the trigger. Blood flew out the back of it's head as the bullet penetrated completely, only leaving behind the still corpse of the creature.
"Gentlemen, aim for the heads!", she shouted in broken english as she ducked and reloaded.

George stood up, pistol in hand and shot the officer who was screaming on the floor as the fire ate him. Three shots silenced him, a pool of blood forming around him. The blood bubbled as the fire heated it.

Sorry for being so late, had to do some work around the house.

Lucas looked into the crowd of men and woman fighting the creatures. He lit a cigarette and took note of the positions of the others. "Condamnez la bête de la forêt noire. Condamnez-les à l'enfer." Lucas raised his STG 44 to his hip. "Pour la résistance!" He fired at the creatures, a few rounds passing through their necks and torso. "Frères! Combat comme vous moyen il!" He replaced the clip of his STG 44 and started to walk to the other fighters on the ground.

ooc: Sorry I'm late everybody!

Jean stood, watching everyone fire round after round at the creatures. Being a quiet, cautious man, he chose to wait before taking action. This was the first time he'd cooperated with the Resistance, and he assumed that should they fail, he could claim to have been a spy in their midst...or something, but only if he fought back as little as possible.

Also sorry for being late, some friends thought is would be great idea to go to Brussels yesterday. Just got back.

Laurence just sat there and watched at all the commotion around him. The firing off guns, the screaming and the dead. It al reminded him from the last war. The senseless wasting off young lives to gain a few meters. The charges in to nomans land for the glory off some general. It all seemed pointless to him

Looking closer at the person's walking towards them and seeing they were not effected by the flames as a normal being, he cursed.
This Nazi pigs don't even have any respect for the dead any more. We should have never have left that country to existent.
Making a silent prayer for the souls off the dead, Laurence proceed to put his MG-42 on a nearby table and fired a burst at one off the zombies taking it legs off.

As Dominique had reloaded, she turned to the man shooting beside her. He seemed to hit something, as she could hear blood splatter through the window. He was an older man, and he seemed to know how to work the rifle perfectly. Maybe he had been a soldier?
"Sir", she asked, showing him respect with the title. "How many are there left?"

"The pig is down and one off the dead seems down, god rest his soul. I shot the legs from one off. What kind off abominates have the made? Can't they even let the dead rest, these bstrds."

Looking over to the girl, What have we come to that even our women must fight. "Mademoiselle, I suggest that you retreat. War is a ugly business and not something for a lady to experience"

"I know I shouldn't be here, but we can't afford loosing! We need everyone we can get to get this war overwith!", she said as she peeked out the window again, and shot towards the crawling creature without legs. The bullet flew through the air, and burrowed itself in the shoulder of the creature. Zut!

George pulled a packet of cigarettes from his pocket, taking one out he lit up and went over to Curtis and sat by him. Offering him a cigarette he asked "Are you ok old boy?".
