Jean turned to glare at Curtis, "For the good of us all, monsieur, can you stick to being a médecin, instead of a pacifiste?" he shook his head and waved his pistol back and forth. "We all appreciate the gravity of what we're doing, but this is a war, we're going to need to do alot more of it, and we need to keep morale up to make sure we stay alive, we won't be able to do either if you keep that attitude."

"Well I never had to kill anything before. I just stayed in the Barracks patching people up. I never wanted to go here, I'm only here since I know how to speak french" Curtis snaped back at Jean. "I'm sorry if I seem like a coward, but I'm still a rookie when it comes to fighting."

"I'm not expecting you to become a world class soldier monsieur, but if you could refrain from...en englais I think you say...whining? Whining toujours, it gets the whole group down." he sighed, giving his shoulders a heavy shrug, "So does this monsieur. We should not fight, we need to keep everyone in good spirits, yes? That's exactly what I mean about you." he shrugged again. He wasn't trying to be Curtis' friend, but he needed him to stop complaining, because he knew it would be detrimental for the group.

Just want to clarify that Jean's being a jerk to Curtis, not me to you :)

<spoiler=OOC>Oh really? Cause I was going to take that as a metaphor for me being a little girl

"I'm not whining" Curtis whinged at Jean, "I was just syaing that there could have been a better option that to go guns blazing towards people" he explained. How does this guy know what im feeling? he thought to himself, He has probbaly been in the army all his life, I joined here to help people, not kill people.. He gave a quick glare at Jean.

"Probably," smiled Jean, "but i guarantee the better option wouldn't be half as fun. Look, I'm no soldier, just like you. Before tonight I wasn't even past of la Resistance, I was a," Jean paused briefly, making sure he used the right english word, "buisnessman. But things have changed now. An occupation was bad enough, but now we've got them roaming the street with veritable monsters."

Curtis stiffled a laugh at the idea, Anyone who can handle a gun and kill without mercy after one day surely isn't right in the head to begin with he thought to himself. "We are still not sure if they were monsters. Sick people aren't monsters, it could easily be a new disease." Curtis hoped for the best, hoping that those people just happened to be sick Nazi's, and those three were the only ones.

"I think you've finally got something right," said Jean, "they're sick all right, all those Nazis are sick in the tête, for sure. But I won't be sympathique for Nazis who've got some bad rash."

"If I learned anything in my professional life, it's that you need to hit first, be offensive, no matter what the situation."

"Thats worse than a bad rash, whatever it is must effect their nueral system. Shuting down their sense of pain." Curtis shook his head, "I suggest we shold wear gas masks incase the disease can be pased through the air".

"See, this is what I expect from a médecin!" Jean said, smiling, he gave Curtis a light, friendly punch in the arm, "keep in your place and keep thinking up good ideas like that, we'll all do fine." the fake smile stretched across Jean's face ached, but he understood the importance of keeping morale up. "Gas masks shouldn't be too hard to find, everyone had them before l'occupation." Jean scratched his head, "how soon after catching it do you think we'd know?"

"It depends on how it is transfered." Curtis explains, "If it is injected straihgt into our blood, it should take less than a few days to become just like them. If it is sent throught he air, a week at the least. If it is passed just by contact, then about a week again." he said as he tried to remember the time it takes things to enter the body. "But it could chage easily if the bacteria happens to be an efficient one."

I was adding the possible element of magic/witchcraft to the story - and if someone shouted out 'voodoo' in the same room you were in, would you really just ignore them?

Sitting at one of the tables George adjusted his pistol holster and checked the MP.40. Looking at Dominique he asked "So what have you got stored here that we can use. Were going to need more ammo, grenades and whatever else. Also some questions we need to ask: 1 is this isolated to Paris. 2 if yes then do the occupying troops know, I mean they might not all be in on it if its a secret weapon and I'm sure the Nazis won't care if they loose a few thounsand men if they pullt this off."

You'll need to look around before I can answer that properly. Keep in mind, if you're looking for answers about your surroundings, you'll need to look for them and then I'll answer through the world.

"We have ammo here, but it's not much."
She looked at the german rifle George was holding, and took a look at the magazine. It seemed to be the same size of a standard handgun.
"Nine millimetre, right?", She asked. When she got a nod of aprooval, she called out towards a stair leading to the basement.
"Claude! Donne-moi quelque neuf millimètre!"
She turned back to George.
"He'll be up with a few clips in a few moments."

Curtis looked at his guns, he had plenty of ammo for both. His guns were tailered for evacuation fighting, being light and built to hurt not kill. He was lucky to never have to fire them, the Nazi's were usually stopped just before they reached his infirmary. In one case he had to run, but found many people wauting to help him, so he didn't need to shoot. He looked out into the sky and tried to answer Georges question, "I dont know either of those answers. But thinking that I haven't been told about new biological weapons or diseases. One could assume it is isolated to here."
