Zombies and you!

While I was trying to get the zombie genocide master trophy in Dead rising 2 I realised something, I had killed a lot of zombies, then I started to think "how many zombies have I killed in my years of gaming?"

So this is the question I ask you as well how many of these undead nightmares have you killed, also they only count if they've died and come back to life, no voodoo or infections in which they're not actually dead but they may as well be also feral ghouls are out.

I think my count is somewhere around 50000 or higher.

well you can't include dead rising then as they are not dead but rather INFECTED by a parasite. Also voodoo zombies were around before the unexplained zombies.

Ah but they're all infections, I mean if they die and then come back, even if it is due to infection.

why does it matter if the person dies first? I always thought the purpose of the zombie was to provide a very human foe that isn't human but rather a vicious animal, which means it is a lot easier to justify imagining killing millions of them. I mean voodoo zombies came first which were corpses animated by evil spirits, the evil spirits are the undead part but the actual corpse never came back to live. Why is it that people say only the risen dead count as zombies when they are actually a RE-IMAGINING of the original zombie.

Calm down, they're only zombies! Let's just count them all.

sorry I bring this up every time someone starts excluding zombies. As fro me I play pretty much every zombie game I can get my hands on so my zombie kill ocunt may reach the millions.

I dunno, though. Just counting Dead Rising, I'd say many.

See I thought I'd be in the millions but I seem to have killed less than I thought, or miss counted, I hope I miss counted.

An average of 2,000 zombies are killed everytime time i play a Left 4 dead game so i have at least killed over 9,000(pun intended)

I killed over 100,000 in Dead Rising alone, not to mention the Left 4 Dead series, Dead Rising 2, Timesplitters FP, and a lot of other games.

If so, I've overstepped the 60.000 mark here, I guess. I haven't played alot of zombie killing games, though I've played L4D a bit, and the L4D2 demo couple of times.

I'm guessing around 61000.

I tried for zombie genocider a few times in DR1 before I got it and I played through that game a lot of times otherwise. It's got to be anywhere from 200 thousand to 400 thousand.

A lot less than you might expect, I haven't played many zombie games.

Same. I've played a couple of hours of left4dead, zombies on CoD, Time Splitters 2 (awesome game), and a lot on Prototype (do they count as zombies?). Maybe Halo Flood as well. So... a few thousand?

Since I've got quite a few trophies for high numbered kills, and played Plants vs Zombies every day for about a month straight once...hell, I dunno. Two hundred thousand, maybe? Twice that, if we count the infected in Prototype as zombies, alongside things just considered infected but look and act like zombies. Oh, wait, no, gotta count the repeat playthroughs of RPGs, with their obligatory swarms of the undead. I'll estimate a rough 500k.

Easily over a hundred thousand easily between dead rising, COD zombies, and resident evil yeah I could build a 747 out of rotting zombie flesh.

i have a TON of zombie games including the Nazi zombie levels and dead space 2 (THE NECROMORPHS ARE TECHNICALLY ZOMBIES PEOPLE)id say I've killed as much zombies to rival the civil war, the holocaust, WW2, and the Cold war combined

after all my countless playing games like Dead Rising, Left 4 Dead, and CoD's Zombie mode. I can safely say my kill count numbers somewhere in the hundreds of thousands easily and thats just counting Console games

I've played both Dead Risings, Both L4D's, Resident Evil 4 and 5, Nazi Zombies (both games), both Dead Spaces and I have recently started playing Killing Floor waaaaay too much. At the very least 50,000 but probably closer to 100,000. If you include other games that aren't just about zombie killing it probably jumps to about 150,000.

You can probably tell but I kinda like zombie games.
