So, thanks to the creation of the Wikileaks Task Force (WTF), this thread has been made by me - because they wanted it to happen in the other thread - to cover the subject of acronyms. That said... What's your favorite? Do you make any up? What's your best? Can you make a really freakin' long one? What's your stance on the ZOMG conundrum and should it still stand for "Zombies Oh My God!"? Go wild and share it with us here. (Yes, I DID start the ZOMG conundrum.)

I've often wondered about ZOMG. I figure it's Zenith Originated Monthly Gundams. But thats just me. I mean, Zenith TV's weren't all that bad, so I'm sure their Gundams weren't either.

I still don't quite know what that is supposed to stand for, unless it's seriously supposed to mean "Oh my God, night bell".

My mom tried to get the warehouse the family business bought named WTF, but decided against it for tax purposes.

I really hate how important acronyms have become in legislative policy in the U.S. Is there some special committee that sits around with thesauruses trying to force clever acronyms by using really obscure or downright silly naming.

I hate the acronym smh=shake my head. It's retarded in my honest opinion.

I wonder if I took enough time I could make up a reasonably intelligent claim to say a.n.t.i.d.i.s.e.s.t.a.b.l.i.s.h.m.e.n.t.a.r.i.a.n.i.s.m. is an acronym with a definition.

I spent time in the military. Don't get me started on acronyms.

If it was something too simple for an acronym, they just called it something retarded, then would refuse to let you get one (irrespective of need) unless you could (find and then...) decrypt the supplies catalouges. Eg; If you need a desk for your barrack room you don't need a desk, or a table or anything else you could think of that would make FUCKING SENSE!!!! Noooooo! You need a "tables personnel" (no I'm not kidding).

So if you ever want to meet the king dick bastards in the world of acronyms, go find yourself some prick ranking Lt. Colonel (emphasis on the colon), or higher who has never seen, much less fired a weapon. Then they can make your life an unintelligible hell instead of mine.

Fuck it, I'm going grab up an AR, jump into a ART, go OM, take it up to the OP, so I can call CAS in,or have BMS rain on my own position. FUBAR. Out.
