I was going to say something originally, but at this point I prefer to just watch, this absolutely absurd, besides I don't know lil, so I wouldn't know which jobs she's had in the past, I know she's a Pediatritian or some sort of Dr. now, but I'd be lying if I said I pay much attention to what anyone says on this board.
The only thing I object to is her suggestion that Nurse is a lesser job, while it's most definitely a lower-paying job that requires less education than a Doctor I'd argue is just as important and Doctors wouldn't be able to do their jobs without them, and therefore they deserve as much respect.
I loved that Gif, I have it saved on my PC and I've also bookmarked the
artist's webpage, I just decided to drop it since a lot of people seemed to be given the impression that I'm a stoner, but while it doesn't bother me, it's a bit awkward to have to explain to them one by one that I've actually never done drugs, not even weed so definitely not psychedelics.
Anyway regarding the meaning of words, especially ones that are politically charged, they tend to change meaning a lot, let's take for example the word Libertarian, it used to mean a classical Socialist Libertarian, which is to say you're average Anarchist but it's been warped so much that it somehow now means a Free Market Capitalist even though that pretty close to the opposite of it's original meaning and doesn't really match the dictionary definition of the word, but if I mention Libertarians, almost everyone here will assume I'm talking about Free Market Capitalists and not Anarchists.
A similar thing is happening to the word Liberal, where far right stooges like Jordan Peterson are claiming it by referring to themselves as classical Liberals, and radical liberals such as myself are trying to distance ourselves from it and mostly use it to refer to centrists, so anyways words change meaning, that's just how language works, adhering to dictionary definitions is foolish, the job of a dictionary is to adapt and change according to what the word means now not to be used as a tool to claim it doesn't mean what it clearly means now.
As for Whoopsie, guys I'm a filthy foreigner, what would I know?
Sure I've been to Texas, like when I was a kid and didn't speak English and I'm sure I've heard it in movies, but I doubt that gives me enough insight.
