Poll: What area frustrated you the most in Dark Souls?

Out of your options, probably Anor Londo, due to S&O and getting used to the attack patterns of the Knights and Bat Wing Demons. Though all the areas I went through went fairly smoothly (odd, as I expected a lot more trouble), until I got to the Demon Ruins. Lost Izalith was a lot easier in...

Games you want to be announced

Agreed on both points, the fact Dark Souls only came out a couple of months ago is not making me want a new Souls game asap! Also, again very unlikely, a new single player KotOR game, as I don't have enough time to justify a monthly subscription. Alpha Protocol 2 as previously mentioned...

    Dark Souls: Fear to Continue

Through the gate after the merchant in the Depths will take you to Blighttown and eventually the second bell. Shame that place is such a mess of low frame rate stutteryness and annoying poison and toxic. However, once I got past that initial reaction, the atmosphere and maze of wooden...

How the hell do I beat the bell gargoyles in Dark Souls?

If you summon Solaire at his summon sigh just prior to the ladder (given you talk to him just before the Wyvern's bridge), the fight becomes a lot easier, I managed it first time with his assistance. That, or if you're online summon help (human for both instances). Good luck with it!

Poll: Which Pokemon Gen did you start off with?

Started on Blue, and moved onto Silver when they first came out, while my brother played Red and Gold (cooperative childhood all the way!). Gave the series a break to move onto other platforms, before eventually coming back to Black recently, though haven't been able to get into it myself...

what is your favorite game of all time?

Would have to argue Metal Gear Solid (1) and Neverwinter Nights for being my gateway to gaming, MGS4 merely reinforced my attitude towards MGS. More recently, Dark Souls is putting on a pretty good attempt at getting to my hall of fame, occupied also by Knights of the Old Republic, and...

Define Your Game In One Quote

Good shout, that line is burned into my mind from playing the multiplayer so often back in the day. Always the only line I heard from that intro after the first time I played it.

Define Your Game In One Quote

"SNNNNNNAAAAAAAKKKKKKKEEEEEEE!!" would be mine as currently playing through MGS4 after loving the series for years. While it doesn't sum up any of the plot, or really, gameplay, for me it's the most memorable quote from the lot.

    Uncharted 3. Bonus movie?

I've got the same edition of U3, bought it with the PS3/Uncharted 3 console bundle. Someone probably sold it to you? Aside from that I'm unaware of any differences at all, even in the packaging.

    What game deserves a remake?

The original Metal Gear Solid would have my vote. I skipped over the Twin Snakes, but now that the HD collection is coming with everything (MGS2, MGS3, Peace Walker, and MG1 and 2 as part of Subsistence), I'm a little peeved they missed my favourite one of the bunch. I kind of agree with...

    What's your game?

Used to watch my dad play Tomb Raider (First 3 were great to sit and watch), but the one that sticks out for my own game playing is definitely Neverwinter Nights. That game was priceless for kickstarting my love of Bioware and all things RPG.

I think it's time to talk seriously about GoTY...

Skyrim Dark Souls Witcher 2 Deus Ex: HR Only games I remember buying but love each one of them. The one that blew me away the most was Dark Souls. Haven't been impressed by a game as much as it in a fair while.

    10+ minute long songs

Not entirely sure where you got these times from as my versions are 8 mins and 5 mins respectively unless you've got some crazy mix of it, but even then a CD's physical capacity is about 80mins. For my own recommendations: Porcupine Tree - The Incident (split up into seperate songs, but it's...
