that is quite true, the game is more like a sequel to Oblivion than Fallout, the game play, world design and people are almost identical to the ones in Oblivion, i still really liked the game though.
The thing uve heard about is in the single player were u can see an orb representing someone on your friends list and were they are in their game world which u can go up to and interact with, the co-op itself is were the person whos world it is and a henchman designed by the other player run...
I just find it funny when games are on the news, i find it funny watching peole who don't play them looking at it like it's the anti-christ, although my face goes cringe-tastic when ever i see an advert for a video game being made into a film.
I was worried about that, i thought the original system really wouldn't work for Co-op and was worried about what they'd do to the gameplay to make it work =S
Being evil means u don't get laid, and if ur good it's boring cuz theres no juicy murders, being a mercenery for hire who can have a taste of the action on both sides is the way to go
i say COD3, it was a nowere near as good as 2 and was made by activision rather then infin ward, it prolonged the WW2 era of the series, and now activision thinks it's a good idea to make COD5 in WW2 AGAIN!! granted with some new gameplay features, but it still is noticebly worse in many ways...
Almost all games with actual depth are long gone, because most people play nothing but FPSs, which are good but we've had almost nothing but them for the last year or so, and games which do something different are overlooked (sniff)
