Pushmo's a really fun downloadable title, and it has a sequel, Crashmo, which I haven't played yet. Another one that looks like it could be a lot of fun is Rhythm Thief & the Emperor's Treasure from Sega.
I voted (almost) always, but I probably should have picked sometimes. I buy new games all the time, but thanks to Steam and Amazon, they're usually slightly below full price within a few days of their release if they aren't a huge release à la Call of Duty or Assassin's Creed.

Fuse's box also deserves a mention, although I can't be sure if it will be great or not.
I would have to go with Fable as my first choice. It's a really cool world with great humor and fun characters, yet somehow the games are always just shy of being truly great. All of them are good, mind you, (not counting Fable: The Journey, which I haven't play), but none of them seem to live...
