My favorite way to deal with this is to spam back with arthur or phoenix with arthur just keep jumping back and shooting the crossbow and with phoenix super jump and seeking fire ball over and over and...ect but other then that what Catface Meowmers said will work with zeros lightning...

I have a small problem, i'm working on an arbok weavile and rhydon all holding EXP share none of them are my active the arbok LV'd up first and got 4 ATK EV's (i'm fighting kriketunes btw) when he should have gotten 14 So does anyone know why? and yes i know about ther natures.

I'd have to go with fallout 3 but new vegas is shaping up to be a bigger time sink for me, it was a little over 4 and a half hours befor i got out of the first town.
