im surprised noone has mentioned Paul W. S. Anderson, now he has made some truely terrible movies, mortal kombat, AvP, and of course Resident Evil. AvP had one of the best concepts for a scifi movie ever on paper as the games had proven, but this guy made a total **** of it.
