    Critical Miss: #26

Not at all, man, not at all... Great comic as always.

    Best soundtrack in a game?

I'm torn between Morrowind, Shadow of the Colossus, and Timesplitters. Really, they're varied enough that it doesn't matter which one is the 'best', they're all amazing. Honorable mentions for Warhammer 40k and Warcraft, both very immersive.

Most Obvious Plot Holes (spoilers ahoy!)

Timesplitters: Future Perfect. In a game that otherwise handled time travel brilliantly, I'm still annoyed at the end, where It just bugs me that they kept it as a stable loop all the way up to that point, then changed it with no explanation.

    What college do/will you attend?

Getting out of high school very very soon to leave for Rochester Institute of Technology, where I can go broke while laying the foundation for actually doing something successful.

horrible horrible things we did in games that we're shamed to admit.

I killed the drug dealer in the fourth trial of Heavy Rain. I still don't know if it was really the right choice or not.

Longest time spent on a single game

Easily goes to Morrowind, with well over 400 hours. I think I almost got to 100 in Oblivion. It's just not as good at sucking you in as Morrowind was though.

How did YOU find out about Jonathan Coulton

I may have heard his name first after Still Alive, but I didn't start listening to his music until Code Monkey, then I really got into him.

    When Endings Go Bad

The Darkness was one of the saddest endings I can think of: Also, Killzone 2 had a surprisingly downer ending for an FPS war game.

Do My Ears Deceive Me? Actually, Yes.

For the longest time I thought the lyrics in Disturbed's Ten Thousand Fists (People can no longer cover their eyes) were actually "Evil can no longer come on the rise". I thought they were being all heroic making a stand against evil.

    Your Favourite In-Game City.

Balmora, from Morrowind. I mean, all the cities in that game were fantastic and fun to be in, but I practically live in Balmora. There's just almost no reason to leave. Especially when you 'own' the manor there.

    Poll: MMO Pricing (Poll)

I've always preferred the Guild Wars method: Treat them like actual games. You buy them, great, now you own them. They are yours. You can stop paying for them. The income comes through the several campaigns and expansion that are available to add to your content, like buying a new game would be...

    Insignificant details in games.

The Mass Effect codex was ridiculous. They didn't just sit by and let you assume they just had 'hyper-space' and 'laser guns'. No, they sat down and explained how every futuristic piece of technology worked, what scientific principles were behind it, they covered culture, economy, history, and...
