Gotta agree with you there on the N64 boxes. They look great, but they get ruined too easily.
My favorite game case is probably the Fallout 3: Collector's Edition case, but I suppose that doesn't really count, haha. The best ones are probably PS2 cases or DS cases.
I like Robin, as well as Nightwing. I do miss Dick G. being Robin, but some of the newer Robins have been okay. I didn't really like Jason Todd as much as the others, however, or the female Robin whose name I have forgotten.
I insulted you because I found your post insulting at the time. Having re-read it, I probably shouldn't have lashed out at you and I realized that after I posted, and also would like to apologize and grab a cup of tea if you would accept that. :)
I'm talking about taking the best aspects of great games that you like to make the perfect game for YOU. For me, it would have:
- A world as big as Just Cause 2 with plenty of different environments like Banjo Kazooie
- The graphics from Crysis 2
- The zombies from DayZ (except preferably...
I find Global Offensive very offensive. I'm being serious but thought I'd make a pun at the same time.
Valve is basically doing what Riot did with Pulsefire Ezreal - "HEY GUIS IF WE MAKE ANYTHING OUR USERS WILL PAY FOR IT!" CS:GO is just a way for them to make some cash and reboot the...
I didn't like a lot about Black Ops. I thought the story was neat, but didn't really fit the series at all. The maps were nowhere near as good as in the Modern Warfare series, and the graphics - especially for consoles - were absolutely awful. I don't even mind them not being as good as Modern...
It's good having games with silent protagonists. I wouldn't like it if all games were like that, but it is fun to have a silent protagonist once in a while. It also makes it a lot more fun to stream those games, because you can use your voice as the character's voice. Also, there wouldn't be...
I've seen some before that my friends have showed me, and if the internet here at the house I'm staying at for the next week weren't so darn slow I'd link you to one.
Banjo Kazooie. That series is by far my favorite series of all time. If you haven't played it you owe it to yourself to buy a Nintendo 64 and play it the way it was meant to be played. After you beat or play a few hundred hours of it without beating it, get Banjo Tooie, because that game is even...
Since you don't need the stats any more, I'll just say my top 3 video game series of this generation, because this thread really got me thinking about what they are.
BioShock is one of them and Professor Layton is another, but I'm having a hard time thinking up a third. Fallout?
