You still level your skills up, but you won't get that bonus to your abilities when you level (Instead of a 3 bonus to str, a 2 bonus to wis, etc, etc, it'll all just be a single). And you need to rest 15 times, but they can be done in a row. tl;dr, you fucked your ability levelling.
