As Samvanzeeland has said, all you are loading is the map. It takes roughly 5 seconds to quit out, and then whilst the map is loading you can do other things. It is a very simple and easy solution. And smash, u mad? :P

TBH the battlelog worked fantasticly in the alpha, far better than most server lists I've used. I think this is a move forward, and ask you to try it out in the beta before you complain :)
