I have a 360 and a Wii. I've had a 360 for 2 years and the Wii for 1 and i personally think the 360 is the best. Sure the Wii is better for just having a laugh with friends and does have some nice games (zelda being the one i played) but i just prefer the 360 so much more as the games on it...

I think that FPS's are a difficult one to judge. As Gansasalite pointed out, as long as the action keeps you entertained then there is nothing wrong with having a game cut short(ish) as with COD 4 which i thought was brilliant. The obvious FPS game that contradicts this rule is Halo 3...

10-20 hours gets my vote for RPGs etc. its around long enough that you don't feel you have wasted your money and should have rented it but its also short enough to not outstay its welcome!
