The basement corridor of the hospital in Silent Hill 2. On my first playthrough I actually threw the controller into the air when I saw what was following James and Maria.
The horse riding section from the first Assassin's Creed especially since I wanted all the view points and having to walk past every single guard in a pace slower then a snail was so frustrating. And when I did get bored enough to gallop on I'd get chased by hundreds of guards that I had to...
I still to this day cannot get the rhythm right for those stupid barrels in Carnival Night, when I did eventually pass that section it was because of luck not because I knew how to do it.
I hate the science lab in Gears 2 not because it's particularly hard or anything but because it's so out...
I own all of them but my PC really isn't good enough to be taken seriously as a platform. My PS3 is very new so I have few games for it so at the moment by xBox 360 is still my favourite platform.
I still believe that the story for SH4 is one of the best in the series; it was just let down by stupid game play decisions. It was at least something new and fresh, no-one can ever say that Team Silent ever failed to experiment with their series.

The problem with the console versions of The Sims is that they try to include a linear storyline to fit in with the console market. You have to follow a certain path and deviate from it and I found that incredibly annoying given that it's The Sims and you should be able to do whatever you want.
When I was younger my friends and I thought it was hilarious to get a Metapod and name it Penis for when it used harden ... yeah I was that sad as a teenager. ;D
