Unfortunately not, I'm 95% sure that's not the disc. Or at least, a different label on the disc - pale blue/gold colouring I'm fairly sure, a variety of pictures (dice, cars, cards, etc), but definitely not red. As for the list of games, JetPack is the only one I recognise as being on my disc...

Well, it's not immediately obvious on either of those. Don't worry about it any more - you've spent a fair bit of time helping already! - and I'll try and dig up the disc when I'm next at home. If I can find it then it'll be much easier to track down the DOS game, even if the disc turns out not...

I don't know if I would class it as a roguelike. I played it long before I heard the term however, so maybe. It was only ever the one floor - the map was randomised, you either beat the boss and won the game, or died. I suppose given the randomised map it is sort of one.
