You could look at Cities Skylines. It's a citybuilder in the style of Sim City 4 made by a small dev team and shipped with impressive mod support. It is really cheap considering the content that you get and the graphics look pretty nice as well.

The X (space sim) series is a great example, once you build up your trading empire you can just sit around with SETA on(time acceleration), and let the money flow right in.

As someone who recently leveled up 3 characters 1-90 I can say that feral druids are incredibly strong right now while leveling. I haven't seen any moonkin and the few resto have failed to leave a mark however. Also leveling is pretty lively right now, I figure the people who truly hate leveling...

I can't imagine too many indies have the money to release on Xbox before they have even proved that they have a real market for their game. PC seems like the best place to release as a small time indie developer, and then if you find success port over to consoles. Maybe I'm missing something...

Haha, unfortunately stabbing range works both ways. The throwing dagger skill that allows for instant kills on fleeing targets makes it pretty fun. Especially when you kill a captain and half the orcs run, I just start spamming daggers and watch them all fall.
