Why would what i said make you cringe? im new to the series and most gaming novels are ether prequels or just non canon material so why is that cringe worthy to ask?

I thought that Alpha sapphire was the better of the 6th generation games, reasons? - Its easier and possible to catch shiny Pokemon. - It has quite a bit of story added from the originals - In my opinion it has one of the better starter Pokemon compared to other generations.
