No, not even close. Its basically a subscription based arcade game right now. Has no customization in class anymore and everyone is pretty much the same. Its not even a MMORPG anymore.

Its a tool that is being abused and flooding the market with alot of crap and yes some games come out good, but most will not and end up wasting peoples money way before a finished product is released and able to be judged/reviewed then

NFL 2K5 is still one of the best playing football games ever released. There are forums and sites with updated rosters to download too and all sort of little mods.

Rayman Legends and Guacamelee from off the top of my head are EXCELLENT! Rayman really started to get great 2 years ago with Rayman Origins.. and Legends broadens on that and is really a great game. Both are on Steam and I know Rayman has a demo.. not sure on Guac

I picked it up with a friend and I played a few mins of the single player campaign and did some multiplayer with my friend.. and I stink at it currently but its pretty solid and not all that unlike CoH1.

Maybe I'll have to give this another shot.. I played a day or so and just didnt feel it. I thought it would have been a more open world and keyboard controls didnt seem fluid.

Biggest that I can think of right now is.. EverQuest Next Landmark! Cant wait to get into alpha next month.

Grand Theft Auto V - Same old shit different day. Oh wow.. 3 lead characters to play.. story is still boring and very very thin. Online hype was a joke, its pretty much broken and I dont see it being fixed without probably DLC. All in all it was a major cash grab for Rockstar and thats it.

If I had to get a xDS I would go for one of those Zelda 3DS XLs.. as stated they were on sale for $160ish and will probably get in that range again. I still think Vita is an overall better system IMO.
