I only got the two legendary Mei skins during the event, but I didn't play all that much so that doesn't mean much. A friend of mine got the Roadhog and D.Va legendaries within two days of the event launching though, so from that I'd assume the drop rates are just as chance-based as ever.

That post-game score sheet is a really good idea. It's be nice if it was incorporated into some kind of match history system similar to what League of Legends has, because after a big ol' session of trash where I lose almost 100 ranking points I'd like to see where it all went wrong.
