Wolf Thomas, I always saw Batman's cold, clinical persona as one aspect of his character. He's definitely got that rage thing going on, he just grew to manage it better. It was definitely a part of him earlier in his career. Perhaps he's grown mentally, but I think that helped shape him early on.

Starfire's going to be the subject of one of my later posts. Man, the uproar over her has been huge.

Oh, and for those of you who didn't know, Wonder Woman's old origin had her made out of clay.

DC changed Wonder Woman's origin in the new relaunch. She didn't used to have a father, but now she does. Some people think this takes away from her image as a feminist icon, but I disagree. I think she's still a role model for women, daddy or not? What do you folks think? I wrote about it...

I wouldn't be surprised if that comes down the pike eventually. The Bat Universe is a small world. Batgirl's bound to run into them eventually.

Hey folks, I'm sure there have been other threads addressing the relaunch or things related to it, but I just couldn't help myself. I had to ask, and I want to gauge folks' opinions. What do y'all think? You excited for it? Dreading it? Ambivalent? Or are you like, Wait! There's a relaunch...
