No, no that's not right. In Rifts: Soviet Russia it's a mech-sized artillery cyborg that you want be.
On the other hand, if you want to be dragon AND a cyborg, you need to be in Rifts: Japan.
You can upgrade your weapons. You can get better armor. You can upgrade the Normandy. The only thing in the either ME1 or ME2 that couldn't be upgraded? The Mako and Hammerhead. Seriously, can't I buy upgraded regenerative shielding for the Hammerhead? Some ablative armor? Better engine...
