Personally, I enjoy Sheeva's X-Ray. I mean, stomping on the opponent is just so damn fun.

Jonny Cage's X-Ray move is the only one in the game that is a counter move. You have to hope your opponent wants to smack you around before you punch them in the crotch 3 times.
