My favorite is Haunter. I do love all the Ghost-types, but Haunter has always been number one. Porygon ranks pretty high on my list too.

It depends on the game, but I'll usually go for the 100% if the payout is worth it. For example, I went for 100% in Bioshock because I wanted to hear all the audio diaries, but I didn't bother with flags in Assassin's Creed because I was told there was no reward for it.

I've got pretty much every old console, and I boot them all up from time to time. I'm really bad about finishing games before I move on to new ones, though, so I've got a whole bunch of games in progress that I'm still playing.

I remember getting both Red and Blue for Christmas. Man, I took those games everywhere. I always played Red a lot more than Blue, though.
