I can see where you're coming from; I'm a massive fan of classic games such as mega man and Sonic the hedgehog and they will always have a special place in my games collection. I do, however, feel surprised that a fan of old school challenge and minimalist storytelling would miss what Dark Souls...

Final Fantasy 14 online, Sonic the Hedgehog 2 or (and I might get funny looks for this) any of the souls series, I've played these games so much I can comfortably leave my brain at home when playing them.

- I'm allowed to play for one day before deleting the save and starting again (this time knowing how to best start) - no easy setting, normal is bare minimum, hard is preferred - if there's a bow, I HAVE to get it and make it my main weapon if viable - if I like it enough to complete it more...

Rayman legends is pretty fun, and FFX and the MGS collection are pretty good. Mainly tho, my vita is my "ps1 nostalgia" machine, with crash, SOTN and Resident Evil 2/3 being favourites. The indie games such as shovel knight and binding of Isaac are worth a go. Long story short; awesome...

I would honestly love it to come to PC, but with linked servers so people can play each other across platforms (a la FF14). I've not had any p&p or co-op action as of yet which is a little disappointing. But with some manner of hacking/mod restriction. One reason I stopped playing DS1 online...

Played through what I feel are the half decent releases for the PS4 at the mo; shadow of mordor (just platinum'd it) and Alien Isolation. I'm not really seeing anything else good on the horizon, aside from possibly AC unity but I feel it will be a bit of a dissointment after the truly fun...
