Every time i shoot, even if its just one bullet, cant help it. Battlefield and OP Flashpoint screwed me with that too with not counting total bullets but mag numbers

I say the Operation: Flashpoint series and Battlefield. Flashpoint because you REALLY have to think and be wary about EVERYTHING you do, battlefield is the same just on a much lesser instant-lethal way.
