I only just recently got into anime. Death Note and Full Metal Alchemist were the two that got me into it i'd definitly recommend DEATH NOTE if your a first timer.

I find that I look inside myself (what's going on with me, how am I feeling about certain things etc) and more often than not, can find the reasoning for the most insane dreams I get. Of course this isn't always possible, but i can usually boil my dreams down to simple emotions.
