Get the ps2 if it's only persona 4 you're going to really play, if you have your eye on 7 or more ps3 titles just now then go for the ps3, cause if it's only persona 4 and it does not work on the ps3 then you're screwed :(

Final Fantasy 7 because it was looking for something on the third disk which i didn't have from the second disc. Fallout: New Vegas because, well, it just felt like doing 3 all over again. GTA 4 because it was monotonous and bland.

Rachet and Clank. I kept dying in the final boss fight just before i could kill him. After completeing the second game, i decided to go back and it took me 3 hours to do it but i finally sucseeded ... and was disappointed with the ending :P
