I'll be the Guild Wars Fanboy in this thread, then :) Guild Wars 2 has no subscription fee, and didn't have one six years ago. A company doesn't need the monthly fee to make a profit if the game is good enough, apparently. I wonder what P2P games are buying with their monthly profit, then...

Sheep, you don't have to be a warrior to tank. You can tank as an elementalist, necromancer and guardian, too. But you don't have to be limited to tanking: you can switch your 'job' because GW2 doesn't want to force the holy trinity on you.

I already feared that it would be less diverse than they make it seem. You can't have a rogue that is specialised in swords AND guns AND bows (I don't really know what weapons are available, just a guess), because you will only use on of them. Now, Guild Wars 1 had that too, a little. But GW2...

It won't help, though: it checks with the server when the timer is really down to 0 (look at the source). But, you're right, kinda weird that it does :D

It's Parentheses, Exponents, Multiplication&Division, Addition&Subtraction. The difference is that M&D (and A&D) belong together, you have to do them at the same time (then the order becomes from left to right).

48/2 = 24 24*(9+3)=24*12=288 You can't multiply (9+3) with 2 BEFORE you divide, because the slash is before the (invisible) multiply sign.

If you replace the mouse clicking with a headset that can read your thoughts (http://www.ted.com/talks/lang/eng/tan_le_a_headset_that_reads_your_brainwaves.html) you don't need a mouse. I once thought something like this would be nice so you wouldn't have to point-and-click when you're filling...

When quantum computers go mainstream, people will ask why we played computer games that were less realistic than reality.

How about everybody has to pay taxes in stead of buying titles, and then become a member of the type of media you want. If you love fps games you become a member of that club, and you receive fps when new ones come out. If you like thriller films you get those if you're a member of that club...
