I honestly didn't think people cared enough about Power Rangers to make it into a new movie. I know there are those fans that just will never let it go, but...honestly, I didn't think anyone else gave a damn. Not even the haters.
Actually, I looked into it. Okami was only released at the same time as FFXII in Europe and Australia. In America, Okami was relased about a month before.
I think another hindrance on Okami's failure was the fact that it was released at the same time as Final Fantasy XII. So everybody kept buying that because it was the new popular game, and Okami fell into obscurity.
It was sarcasm. Even with those big titles, it's still only a few games. Plus some games Nintendo fanboys like worshiping aren't exactly that popular with casual audiences. Like Super Smash Bros.
This doesn't really ruin the game at all, since the plot really doesn't matter, but I figured it can go on this thread.

What's sort of funny is that both the NES games play nothing like the future games. It's really Link to the Past that created the standard Zelda game. Yet Adventure of Link gets the bad rap.
I could forgive it if it was just that. But the game has been constantly praised by so many people who used it that way that I wonder how the kids who just wanted to play on their own feel, even back then.
And how are you supposed to find these spots? Only way without a guide seems to be...
To a new player, how are they supposed to know to do that? In the overworld, only 3 rocky spots are bombable, and one of them is the final level. How are they supposed to know to bomb there? Just guess? That doesn't sound very fun. A fun game provides fair challenges through its level design...
