You just hit the nail on the head. I agree that it should be the parents responsibility to monitor their child's gaming purchases, but Best Buy has to cover all of their bases from a legal standpoint.

One time me and a buddy were playing co-op Gears, and on the level where it's all dark, and you have to push the car to stay by the light, were we pushing it and all the sudden it just flew away. Also, COD4 freeze jump on bog, got under the map and kill my buddy w/ a grenade.

I thought no fighting in the war room was pretty easy. I had a lot of trouble with" The Shot". As for Mile High Club, That was a *****.
