Appendicitis. Rough stuff. I would throw up until there was nothing left in me, then just dry heave. All of which killed to do. Then getting it out, the scar was so painful for about 3 days.

I think you'll start behind enemy lines, as in he was captured, but proclaimed KIA. Then the tutorial will have you fighting your way out. Even if that's not true, I'm pretty sure he's not dead.

Among my favorite include: Assassin's Creed, Mass Effect, Halo 3, WoW (the game itself, and the expansions), Prototype, Fallout 3, Left 4 Dead, Gears of War 1 & 2, and Mercenaries 2. Recently added would be the one in the original post, haha, and God of War 3.
