Personally, if games were to be made realistic, the best implementation for that would be some sort of advanced RTS. If you were to have realistic measures of damage in an FPS, it would be excruciatingly frustrating as you wouldn't get very far.

Call of Duty 4 is a great FPS with an excellent story and great gameplay. The multiplayer as well gives the game a lot of replay value.

my thought's exactly. i never really saw the attractiveness of second life like a lot of people here.
mmo's like WoW and city of heroes had something that was different and fun, but second life doesn't seem like anything special.
plus the graphics don't look much better than runescape.
