or

and also

"YOU HAVE WIN!!!"
-okay that last one was from hero klungo saves teh world but you get the idea

Some of them are decidedly meh, for example, I wouldn't call "Alright, alright, alright" a notable quote.
I also find it's lack of Red Dwarf disturbing, so a couple I would have added:
"Smoke me a kipper, I'll be back for breakfast." Ace Rimmer
"Space Corps directive 34124? No officer with false teeth should attempt oral sex in zero gravity?" Kryten
"Everybody's dead, Dave." Holly

"I toast therefore i am" talky toaster.

anyway the list had some great quotes but could have improved by putting in some more well known quotes

That's because it is never actually said in the show or movies, cept maybe the new one. I can't remember anything about that except lens flares.

i'm kinda shocked no one is wondering why the Marx brothers quotes show up in the list. then again most people don't know who the Marx brothers are.

The lack of "What we have here is a failure to communicate" actually makes me a little bit sad.
I guess, though, it says something about my geekyness that I don't recognize half of the quotes.

I think generally that list is missing what I'd call "iconic" quotes. There are two quotes from WarGames, neither of which I remember, and neither of which is "A strange game...the only way to win is not to play." Also, we have "I know kung fu" but not the blue pill/red pill speech?

This is what I thought too. They nailed down a few iconic geek movies (and a few books) but they got the quotes all wrong. I mean, not even Star Wars fans quote C3PO on ?Don?t call me a mindless philosopher, you overweight blob of grease!?. There are Firefly quotes but none from River Tam, there are Matrix quotes but no "there is no spoon". It all just seems a little weird. I like the idea of it though.
